Howdy Do

Two more talented ladies to get to know today.

First up is returning member Jasmine Shea
As you know, I am a SAHM to my 4 children, Wesley, Benjamin, Lewis and Emma.  I am married to a wonderful husband Nick who tries to understand my obsession with scrapbooking but I just don’t think he ever will.  He thinks I stick bits of paper onto other bits of paper which is true I guess but you and I both know it is much more!!!  I recently finished my role with Challenge Heaven and The Lollipop Ladies on their CT.  I didn’t re-apply to either of these because at the time I had a lot going on with our moving house and going on holidays (although thankfully we are past all of that).   I am very very excited too because I have two LOs that have been accepted by Scrapbooking Memories which are due in Feb and March I think it is.   They also have two others that they have accepted but have not had confirmation of publication at this stage.

And our second member for today is a new face, Julie Winks.
Hi. My name is Julie Winks and I’m a stay at home mum with a massive creative addiction.

My husband Troy is a long suffering scrap widow and we have four incredibly active kids together, who seem to want to be involved in every sport and extra curricula activity on the planet at the moment, hence life is a big blur for me right now... and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Maddison 14, Claire 11, Cooper 7 and my little mate at home Lachlan 2, take up every second of my time... when I’m not creating or blogging!!

From my first creation about 6 years ago, I was instantly hooked and loved nothing more than sharing my pages with people. It comes as no surprise then that I was also instantly hooked on the whole ‘online’ experience.

I’ve given up trying to categorise my ‘style’ ... I have no idea what to call it. Whilst whatever style I have is constantly evolving, some aspects remain constant. I love lots of white space and I am really colour driven. Colour combinations in design are always the things that catch my eye and are inevitably what inspires me when I create a layout... no doubt a hangover from my interior design days at uni, which is now far too long ago to admit to!!
